As a QA Analyst, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the quality and functionality of internal applications by collaborating with both technical teams and business users. This position is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of technology, a passion for testing, and the desire to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
- Test Design: Create test cases, scripts, and validation processes aligned with system requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborative Testing: Work closely with the IS department and business units to execute and validate tests.
- Agile Workflow: Develop and refine test plans and cases in an agile work setting.
- Compliance: Ensure that all testing activities comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (internships and academic projects count!)
- Skills: Exposure to both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
